Writing habits that actually stick

Most writing advice is romantic. The boring truth is that consistency comes from systems, not inspiration.
Habit one: a single notes file. Anything that could become a post lives there as a one-line idea. When a Saturday morning shows up free, I do not stare at a blank page — I pick a line.
Habit two: ship rough. The post you publish is always better than the perfect one you did not. Spelling can be fixed in five minutes; momentum cannot.
